Pricing Structure

Our prices are market related and customized based on clients’ needs rather than a flat fee due to varying sizes of client’s needs. This allows a cost structure affordable to all as well as an operational system used to distinguish needs and/or limits for each client.

Our training services are accredited by SETA; this means that all training provided by us is in line with the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) standards.

Remuneration Policies

Our remuneration packages payable to our cleaning personnel are in accordance with the appropriate wage determinations from time to time. Contrary to apparent industry norms, Gotshegoang Cleaning Service promotes and implements incentive programs based on attendance, productivity, dress, disciplines & professional conduct by the team. These guidelines are carefully monitored and any lapses or transgressions taking place could result in part of the incentive being withdrawn. Double time is paid for Sundays and Gazetted public holidays.

Employment Equity

Gotshegoang Cleaning Services commits itself to the successful implementation of the employment equity act, no55 of 1998 Existing employees will be empowered and developed as fair & reasonable within the parameters of the business.

  • Our Management and staff are continuously being made aware of the act formal briefing system.
  • We have established a decentralized equity steering
  • We have obtained information pertaining to the demographics of the country from the human sciences Research council.
  • The Gotshegoang Cleaning is in full compliance of the employment equity Act: 1998 (Act No 55 of 1998) because of being fairly new in the work we do, the company has not had an Audit period thus far.

Employee Position Description

Currently the company is run as employee manager by Miss Mojanaga and two non-executive directors employed in the field Leadership Development and Business Development.

Gotshegoang Cleaning Services is a registered close corporation under South African laws; the company is 100% black owned and 100% female managed. The sole shareholder & Managing Member of the company is Miss Bongiwe Mojanaga.

The company is registered with the Companies and Intellectual Commission (CIPC) and South African Revenue Services (SARS) as follows:
